There are several ways you can use ThunderEase for Dogs (highlighted below).  In general, if you have a situational issue, like anxiety when traveling to the vet, the spray is a great option for you.  If you are having more continuous issues, like uneasiness in the home and problem barking, the diffuser and / or collar is the way to go.
