We invite you to come to our spa-inspired grooming salon with an open feel and noise-reduction measures to keep anxiety to a minimum. Pet owners can relax too, knowing their furry family member(s) will be well taken care of with our team of experts.
When you arrive, you'll find dedicated parking just feet from our door. Enter and one of our friendly and courteous staff members will greet you and your pet.
Your pet stylist will provide a consultation with each visit and all services are provided only with your approval.

Terms of Service
Before your pet can be groomed by our team, we require all pet owners to acknowledge and agree with our Terms of Service. These terms apply to any dog or cat that remains at our location for grooming services and, in the case of pet sitting or "potty breaks" while being groomed, at the location(s) and routes established for the applicable service.
You warrant that your dog is current with the vaccinations required by law, and that your dog is healthy to the best of your knowledge.
Proof (documentation) of up-to-date, age-appropriate vaccinations are required for your pet so that we can maintain a healthy, fun environment for all guests.
- Parvovirus, hepatitis, and distemper vaccinations for all dogs and puppies
- Rabies vaccination for dogs and cats aged 16 weeks or older (if a medical reason prohibits your pet from receiving this vaccination, please consult your salon ahead of visit)
- Parvovirus (panleukopenia), herpesvirus-1 (viral rhinotracheitis), and calicivirus for cats

Veterinary Care Release
If your pet is hurt or becomes ill, Rocky & Maggie’s, Inc. (“RNM”) has permission to call or take pet to veterinarian of our choice if pet's vet is inaccessible; or administer medication; or give other advisable attention, with Rocky & Maggie’s discretion and judgment, and such expenses will be paid promptly by owner unless injury is direct result of negligence of RNM. We will not be held responsible for any sickness or injury caused by the pet to itself during grooming. RNM is not responsible for any accidental death of pet of the nature of pre-existing health condition or natural disasters (fire, storm, flood, etc.).
Matted Dog Policy
Pets with matted coats will require extra attention. If the matting is minimal and the pet responds well, we may brush them out for an extra fee ($15/15min). If we do not believe we can remove the mats in a timely manner or we feel your pet is in pain, we will not continue and will clip short/shave. We firmly believe grooming should be an enjoyable experience and will not put your pet through the discomfort of unnecessary de-matting. We will notify you before shaving your dog, if permission to shave down is denied, your pet will not get a bath or haircut and must be picked up as is. There is a greater risk of nicking, scratching, cuts etc.; a matted dog during the grooming process. In addition, the skin may appear red, itchy and irritated due to the lack of oxygen reaching in and under the mats. Rocky & Maggie's, Inc. will not be held responsible for any injury sustained while grooming a matted dog, including any aftereffects. Our pet stylist will be happy to demonstrate some effective brushing techniques for matting prevention. Regular brushing at home with a brush and comb as well as keeping your pet on a 4 to 6 week grooming schedule will help prevent matting.

We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of animal care and safety. We stand behind personalized service that focuses on the individual needs or concerns of each pet parent and pet. Upon check-in to our salon, our stylists will briefly examine your pet to identify and review any known or potential health concerns or displaying any signs of stress. If, in the unlikely event that we are unable to proceed with the groom, we will contact you to discuss options, including grooming your dog over a couple of visits in an effort to reduce the peak anxiety experienced.
RNM will not be held responsible for clipper burn and/or minor nicks resulting from grooming of matted, neglected coats or for irritation caused by removing coat from pets possessing mild to severe skin allergy, nor will we be held responsible for stressful effects grooming may have upon an elderly pet.
We reserve the right to charge additional fees for services we consider over and above the norm covered by our standard rates. We also reserve the right to refuse service to customers whose pet may pose a threat to us or to the other pets left in our care, whether it be an aggression problem, health problem, or parasite problems. We will call/text you 20 minutes prior to your dog being ready for pickup. A late fee of $25 may be applied for late pickups.
Property Damage on Premise
Owner agrees to be responsible for any property damages by pet.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We love hanging out with your dog. It's fun! When someone doesn't show up for their appointment, it’s not fun. It's a problem. Our policy is that clients who do not show up or cancel with less than a 24-hour notice will be charged for the full grooming price for their dog’s size & coat and can't make another appointment until they cover the full cost of the previously missed appointment.
I AGREE that I have read and understand the rules and conditions for RNM Grooming. I understand that my dog, my guests, or I may be videotaped or photographed and that these images become the property of RNM I agree to release, hold harmless, acquit, will indemnify and forever discharge the corporation from all, and in all manner of action and actions, suits, damages, judgments, executions, claims, and demands whatsoever, in law or in equity, which I or any other person I have with me during grooming at RNM.
