Is the $50 an extra fee?

Not at all! The $50 is simply a deposit to secure your appointment. It is issued to your cart as store credit and goes directly toward the total cost of your groom at checkout.

What is included in the price?

We pride ourselves on an all-inclusive approach. Every service includes premium shampoo & conditioner, a Blueberry Facial, Nail Grinding (Clipping for cats), Ear Cleaning, Gland Expression (if requested/appropriate), Teeth Brushing (dogs only), Paw & Nose Balm, and a Finishing Bandana.

Do I need an appointment for a nail trim?

No appointment necessary! Nail trims and similar minor services are now walk-in only. You can stop by daily between 10:00 AM and 3:30 PM.

What are your vaccination requirements?

For the safety of all our furry guests, up-to-date vaccinations are required. You can conveniently upload your records during checkout, bring a physical copy to your appointment, or email them to customersupport@rockyandmaggies.com.

How long will the groom take?

Most grooms take between 2 to 4 hours depending on the size of your pet, their coat condition, and the service selected. We will text you as soon as they are looking fabulous and ready for pickup!
