Shipping policy

At Rocky & Maggie's, we believe shipping should be simple, transparent, and affordable. We offer products from our own inventory and trusted suppliers across the country, so some items may ship separately or have different shipping requirements.

Standard U.S. Shipping

For eligible merchandise shipped within the contiguous United States:

  • Orders under $100: $7.49 flat-rate standard shipping

  • Orders $100 or more: FREE standard shipping

Our free-shipping threshold has been reduced from $200 to $100, and our standard shipping rate has been reduced from $14.99 to $7.49.

The $100 threshold is based on the eligible order subtotal as calculated at checkout. Certain discounts, products, destinations, or shipping requirements may affect the rates available.

Oversized merchandise, including certain carriers, crates, beds, strollers, and related accessories or replacement parts, is subject to separate shipping charges as described below.

The shipping charges displayed at checkout are the charges that apply to your order.

Oversized & Specialty Shipping

Some products require additional shipping charges due to their size, weight, packaging, or fulfillment requirements.

We classify select oversized merchandise into two shipping categories:

  • Oversized A: Certain pet carriers, crates, beds, and related oversized components.

  • Oversized B: Certain pet strollers and related oversized components.

Applicable oversized shipping charges are displayed at checkout and may vary by category or destination.

For eligible orders within the contiguous United States:

  • Multiple products within the same oversized shipping category generally incur one applicable charge for that category per order.

  • Orders containing products from both Oversized A and Oversized B may incur one charge for each category.

  • Standard merchandise included in the same order remains subject to the regular $7.49 / $100 free-shipping rules.

  • Qualifying standard merchandise may receive free shipping even when an oversized shipping charge applies to another item in the order.

Oversized merchandise contributes to the order subtotal used to determine standard merchandise free-shipping eligibility. However, qualifying for free standard shipping does not eliminate the applicable oversized shipping charges.

Pop-Up Pee Pad® Shipping

Our patented Pop-Up Pee Pad® now qualifies for our standard contiguous U.S. shipping offer:

  • Orders under $100: $7.49 standard shipping

  • Orders $100 or more: FREE standard shipping

Pop-Up Pee Pad® orders are no longer subject to our previous quantity-based shipping schedule.

Multiple boxes may qualify for free standard shipping based on the applicable order subtotal. Subscription discounts and other promotional discounts may affect threshold eligibility.

Orders containing Pop-Up Pee Pads and other merchandise may be fulfilled in separate shipments, but applicable customer-facing shipping charges will be determined by the shipping options displayed at checkout.

Pet ID Tag Shipping

Pet ID tags ship FREE within eligible shipping destinations, regardless of order value.

Pet ID tags may be shipped separately from other products. Their merchandise value may contribute to the order subtotal for determining shipping eligibility on other items.

Other merchandise included in the same order remains subject to its applicable standard or oversized shipping charges.

Fulfillment & Multiple Shipments

Rocky & Maggie's is an ecommerce retailer. Products may ship from our own inventory or directly from authorized manufacturers, distributors, warehouses, or fulfillment partners.

As a result:

  • Items from the same order may arrive in separate packages.

  • Packages may ship from different locations or through different carriers.

  • Processing and delivery times may vary by product.

  • Tracking information may be provided separately for each shipment.

Available tracking information will be sent by email and/or made available through your Rocky & Maggie's Customer Account once the applicable shipment has been processed.

Processing & Delivery Times

Most in-stock merchandise is generally processed within 2–3 business days, although processing may vary by product, supplier, fulfillment location, order volume, and holidays.

Once shipped, standard delivery within the contiguous United States typically takes approximately 3–7 business days.

Delivery estimates begin after shipment and do not include order-processing time.

Processing and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, unless an expressly guaranteed delivery service is offered and purchased.

Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, inventory changes, supplier delays, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories

Shipping availability and rates for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories vary by product and destination.

When shipping is available, applicable charges will be displayed at checkout.

Our $7.49 standard shipping rate and $100 free-shipping offer apply only to eligible merchandise shipped within the contiguous United States.

Certain oversized, heavy, supplier-fulfilled, or otherwise restricted products may not be eligible for shipment outside the contiguous United States.

P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

Eligible merchandise may be shipped to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses when supported by the applicable carrier and fulfillment location.

Oversized, heavy, manufacturer-direct, or specially fulfilled products may require a physical street address.

If we cannot fulfill an order to the address provided, we may contact you to request an alternate address or discuss available options.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available for select products and destinations. Availability, shipping methods, and applicable charges are displayed at checkout.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, brokerage fees, tariffs, and other charges imposed by the destination country, customs authority, or carrier.

Where applicable duties or taxes are collected at checkout, those amounts will be shown before purchase. Charges not collected at checkout may be payable before or upon delivery.

This may include:

  • Canada: GST, HST, PST, QST, customs duties, and carrier fees.

  • United Kingdom: VAT, import duties, customs charges, and carrier fees.

  • European Union: VAT, customs duties, import charges, and carrier fees.

If checkout expressly states that applicable duties and taxes are prepaid, those listed charges should not be collected again upon delivery.

International delivery times vary and may be affected by customs processing, local carriers, regulatory requirements, and other circumstances outside our control.

Not all products are available for international shipment.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

If you discover an address error, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but once an order enters fulfillment or ships, we may be unable to change or redirect it.

Additional shipping, reshipping, return-to-sender, or carrier charges resulting from incorrect, incomplete, refused, or undeliverable addresses may be the customer's responsibility, to the extent permitted by law.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests before fulfillment begins. Once an order has entered processing, been transferred to a fulfillment partner, or shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Eligible cancellations and refunds will be processed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

Backorders & Inventory Changes

We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate inventory and product availability information, but availability may change before fulfillment.

If an item becomes unavailable or significantly delayed after an order is placed, we may:

  • Notify you of the delay.

  • Ship available items separately.

  • Offer an alternative when appropriate.

  • Cancel the affected item and issue the applicable refund.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material fulfillment delays.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages

If a shipment appears lost, is significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact customersupport@rockyandmaggies.com with your order number and relevant details.

For damaged shipments, please retain the merchandise, original packaging, shipping carton, shipping label, and photographs of the product and packaging. These materials may be needed to investigate the issue or submit a claim.

We will work with you and the applicable carrier or fulfillment partner to investigate and determine an appropriate resolution consistent with applicable law.

Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check your delivery location, household members, neighbors, building staff, mailroom, and any secure package areas.

If the package still cannot be located, contact us promptly so we can assist with the next steps. Carrier investigations or additional documentation may be required.

Refused & Unclaimed Shipments

Orders that are refused, unclaimed, or returned to sender may be subject to additional shipping or return costs.

Any applicable refund will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law. Non-refundable shipping charges or reasonable costs caused by a refused or undeliverable shipment may be deducted where permitted.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

Each order may be shipped to one delivery address. To send products to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

Gift Cards

Electronic gift cards are delivered digitally and do not incur shipping charges.

If physical gift cards are offered, applicable shipping options and charges will be displayed at checkout.

Promotions & Free Shipping

From time to time, Rocky & Maggie's may offer reduced-rate or free-shipping promotions.

Promotional rates may differ from our standard $7.49 shipping offer and may have specific eligibility requirements, dates, minimum purchase amounts, or product exclusions.

Unless expressly included in a promotion, oversized merchandise and other specially rated products remain subject to their applicable shipping charges.

The terms presented with a specific promotion will apply when they differ from this general Shipping Policy.
