Orders are delivered to you via one of the common carriers (FedEx, UPS, USPS, Amazon Logistics, etc.) to your designated delivery address.

Orders typically take 4-6 business days to process an order for shipment. Once ready, items will ship from our (or our suppliers) warehouse and typically arrive within 4-6 business days, depending on the distance between the product's ship-point and the it's final destination. Some items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box.

Our shipping and processing fees cover the processing, handling, packing and delivery of your order. Delivery fees do not include gift wrap or surcharges that may apply to some items.

Standard Shipping Process

    • For in-stock items, you can anticipate your order to be processed and prepared for shipment in 4-6 business days. Tracking information will be conveyed and you will be notified of each shipment as they are filled and depart our facilities.
    • For items directly from the maker on your behalf, you can anticipate your order to be processed and prepared for shipment in 2-3 weeks. Tracking information will be conveyed and you will be notified of each shipment as it is filled and provided to the carrier.
    • Shipping Fee: Our standard shipping fee works on a sliding scale based on the size of your purchase. Items that are considered heavy/oversized including, but not limited to some bags and cans of pet food, strollers, beds and other oversized/bulk items may incur an additional shipping fee, which will be communicated to you before your order departs our facility. Due to the increased pricing from our vendors including UPS and FedEx, we are no longer able to offer free shipping. Realtime and flat-rate shipping rates will be offered for you to choose at checkout.


What happens if the item I ordered is backordered?

In some cases, shipping may be postponed due to a lack of product availability. Items that are on backorder will be shipped when they are received in stock. In the event of any delay, we will notify you by mail or email.

Can I ship to a PO Box?

We can ship some items to a P.O. Box. This excludes oversized items and items shipped directly from our manufacturers. We will notify you in writing within 24 hours of placing your order to confirm shipment via USPS.

Can I ship an order to an APO/FPO address?

Yes, depending on the product purchased. Please contact us at customersupport@rockyandmaggies.com for more information.

Can I ship items to multiple addresses?

At present, we can only process orders with a single address for each order. However, you are able to store and select from any addresses you wish to keep in your account.

Can I delay the shipment of my order?

If you wish to place an order but delay its shipment to a later date, please do so through our Customer Service Center. Call 713.492.0656, and one of our sales associates will be happy to assist you.
