Shipping Types

Our products are delivered to your Front Door via one of the common carriers (FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.) to your delivery address, though our primary carrier is FedEx.

Standard Shipping

Front Door items ship from our warehouse and typically arrive within 4-5 business days of receiving your order.

Some items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box.

    Our shipping and processing fees cover the processing, handling, packing and delivery of your order. Delivery fees do not include gift wrap or surcharges that may apply to some items.

    SHIPPING FAQs

    What happens if the item I ordered is backordered?
    In some cases, shipping may be postponed due to a lack of product availability. Items that are on backorder will be shipped when they are received in stock. In the event of any delay, we will notify you by mail or email.

    Can I ship to a PO Box?
    We can ship some items to a P.O. Box. This excludes oversized items and those shipped directly from our manufacturers. We will notify you in writing within 24 hours of placing your order to confirm shipment via USPS.

    Can I ship an order to an APO/FPO address?
    Yes, for an additional charge of $10.

    When entering an APO or FPO address, please follow this example:

    Name: PO1 William Klein
    Address Line: Marine Division Sct 123
    Address Line: USS Rocky AA–11
    ZIP Code: 12345 (use actual zip code)
    City: FPO (use "APO" if approriate)
    State: AA or AE

    Can I ship to destinations outside the US?
    Yes. See Shipping to International Destinations on this page.

    Can I ship items to multiple addresses?
    At present, we can only process orders with a single address for each order. However, you are able to store and select from any addresses you wish to keep in your account.

    Can I delay the shipment of my order?
    If you wish to place an order but delay its shipment to a later date, please do so through our Customer Service Center. Call 713.492.0656, and one of our sales associates will be happy to assist you.
