At Rocky & Maggie’s, we want to make shipping simple, reliable, and transparent. Here’s how it works:


🚚 Shipping Types

We ship via common carriers (FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.) directly to your delivery address. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order leaves our facility.


📦 Standard Shipping

  • Flat Rate: $14.99 on all orders under $200 (contiguous U.S.)

  • Free Shipping: Orders $200+ ship free (contiguous U.S.)

  • Bulky Item Surcharge: Large or heavy items (such as beds, pee pads, or furniture) may carry an additional shipping fee, which will be clearly shown at checkout.

Note: Some products (including our Pop-Up Pee Pads) ship directly from supplier warehouses. These items may arrive in a separate shipment and delivery times are estimates only, as they depend on supplier processing and carrier schedules. Tracking will be provided as soon as it is available.


🏠 Local Delivery & Pickup

  • Local Delivery: Same-day or next-day delivery is available in select Houston zip codes via Instacart. Rates and availability are shown at checkout.

  • In-Store Pickup: Free pickup is available at our Houston boutique. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready.


⏱ Shipping Times

  • Most in-stock items ship within 2–3 business days of order placement.

  • Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within the contiguous U.S. (some remote areas may take longer).

  • Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories ship at published carrier rates, confirmed at checkout.


🎁 Gift Cards

  • E-Gift Cards: Delivered instantly by email.

  • Physical Gift Cards: Shipped with standard shipping or available via expedited options at checkout.


🌍 International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations at published carrier rates. Delivery times vary by location and will be confirmed at checkout.


❓ FAQs

Can I ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, small items may be shipped to P.O. Boxes via USPS. Oversized items and those shipped directly from manufacturers cannot be sent to P.O. Boxes.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, for an additional $10 surcharge.

What if my item is backordered?
We’ll notify you right away if there is a delay. Backordered items ship as soon as they arrive in stock.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Currently, we can only ship to one address per order.
