Rocky & Maggie’s, Inc. accepts returns for full-priced, unopened, unused and resealable merchandise in its original condition, with all tags attached and your proof of purchase or gift receipt, for refund of original form of payment. Items must be returned within 14 days of the original ship date. All custom orders are final sales (see below).
Sale items are merchandise marked down for a coupon code sale, site-wide sale, brand-wide sale or flash sale, and may be returned for store credit ONLY. Items must be returned within 14 days of the original ship date.
Final sale items are merchandise that is permanently marked down, and are ineligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
You can return eligible items within 14 days of receiving an order for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required. Custom order items are not eligible for returns. Review the full list of ineligible items and our refund policy below before starting the process.

- Email - email us with your order number, item you would like to return and reason for the return. We will reply within 48 hours with a Return Authorization Number and instructions.
Items non-eligible for returns or exchanges:
- Opened items
- Damaged items
- Unsellable items
- Monogrammed items
- Gift cards
- Made to Order items
- Final sale items (with prices ending in $.X7)
- Items damaged through normal wear and tear
- Original Receipt - Returns with the original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment.
- Gift Receipt - Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount on the gift receipt.
- Shipping Fees - Shipping fees are non-refundable and prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments.
- Cash & Check Refunds - Cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check and mailed to you (may take 14 business days).
Returns are available only for items that were shipped to the United States.
