We want you to be happy with your purchase from Rocky & Maggie’s. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work:


📅 Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
  • After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

✅ Eligible Returns

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • In the same condition you received them.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Food and treats
  • Used, opened or otherwise unsellable item and/or packaging
  • Custom or special-order items

🛑 Important Notes

  • Do not send returns directly to the manufacturer. All returns must be processed through Rocky & Maggie’s.
  • Some products that ship directly from our suppliers (such as Pop-Up Pee Pads) may follow special return rules. We’ll guide you through these cases when you start a return request.

🔄 How to Start a Return

Click here to log in and manage your return request, or copy and paste the link into your browser. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.


💳 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you with approval or denial of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow processing time from your bank or credit card provider.

Sale items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale.

🎁 Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once the return is received.
  • If the gift wasn’t marked at purchase, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

📦 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or insurance for items over $75.
