Subscription & Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Rocky & Maggie's Inc. offers convenient recurring deliveries of our Pop-Up Pee Pad® through Shopify Subscriptions.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the delivery frequency selected during checkout until paused or canceled.

Subscription Savings

New Pop-Up Pee Pad® subscriptions receive 10% off the regular product price.

The discount applies to the merchandise price, not shipping charges or applicable taxes. Your recurring order total, including applicable shipping and taxes, is displayed at checkout.

Existing subscriptions may have different pricing or discount terms based on when they were established.

Managing Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription at any time through your Rocky & Maggie's Customer Account.

1. Select the account icon on our website.

2. Sign in using your email address and the six-digit verification code sent to you. No password is required.

3. Open Subscriptions and select the subscription you wish to manage.

4. Follow the available options to skip an upcoming delivery, pause, resume, or cancel your subscription.

You can also access subscription management through the Manage your subscription link in your subscription emails.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time, without a cancellation fee or minimum purchase commitment.

Canceling your subscription stops future recurring orders and charges. You may also pause your subscription if you prefer to temporarily stop deliveries.

To avoid an upcoming charge, cancel or pause your subscription before the next scheduled order is processed.

Canceling a subscription does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been generated, charged, or entered fulfillment.

If an order has already been created, contact us promptly. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests when fulfillment has not yet begun.

Processed or shipped orders are subject to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

Recurring Billing

By selecting a subscription purchase option, you authorize Rocky & Maggie's Inc. to charge your selected payment method automatically according to your chosen delivery frequency.

Each renewal charge may include the applicable discounted merchandise price, shipping charges, taxes, and other authorized charges.

Shopify Subscriptions generally sends an email reminder three days before a scheduled recurring charge, providing an opportunity to review, skip, pause, or cancel your upcoming order.

If a payment fails, additional billing attempts may occur. Your subscription may be paused, skipped, or canceled if payment cannot be completed.

Material changes to subscription terms will be communicated when required by applicable law.

Subscription Shipping

Pop-Up Pee Pad® subscriptions follow our standard shipping policy for eligible orders within the contiguous United States:

• Orders under $100: $7.49 standard shipping.

• Orders $100 or more: FREE standard shipping.

The applicable subtotal after subscription discounts determines eligibility for free shipping as calculated at checkout.

Shipping charges and any applicable taxes are displayed during checkout and may apply to each recurring delivery.

Changes, Availability & Pricing

Changes to a subscription generally affect future orders that have not yet been processed.

If a product becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled, we may delay, skip, or cancel the affected order and provide any applicable refund.

Subscription pricing or shipping rates may change, subject to applicable subscription terms, notice requirements, and consumer protection laws.

Returns & Refunds

Canceling a subscription does not automatically entitle you to a refund for orders already processed or shipped.

Individual orders remain subject to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

Nothing in this policy limits statutory cancellation, refund, or consumer protection rights.
