Cranberries contain A-type proanthocyanidins, which interfere with bacteria’s ability to attach to the bladder wall. D-mannose binds with bacteria expelling it through urine and preventing it from multiplying within the bladder, causing an infection. 

We also include organic marshmallow root, organic astragalus root, and organic stinging nettle root to boost immune function, promote bladder and kidney health, and help maintain a normal inflammatory response.
