Subscription & Activation

A Fi Subscription Service is required for the Fi Mini to operate.

Activation Fee Waived: We waive Fi’s standard activation fee (currently $20) on all Fi Mini devices purchased through us. No activation fee will be charged during setup.

An initial subscription period of 6 months is included with the device at purchase. After the included period, the subscription auto-renews directly through Fi unless canceled. All subscription pricing, billing, and account management are handled exclusively by Fi.

Device activation is completed by the customer through the Fi mobile app. Use of the device and service is governed by Fi’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Warranty, Returns & Support

Warranty Coverage

• Includes a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
• Warranty terms are defined and administered solely by Fi and may change at Fi’s discretion, subject to Fi’s consumer commitments.

Returns & Defective Products

• Fi will honor warranty-covered device issues in accordance with its warranty policy.
• Fi is not obligated to accept returns outside of warranty-covered defects.
• Retail returns are subject to the retailer’s own return policies.
• The retailer does not receive credit from Fi for customer returns accepted outside of warranty claims.

• All technical support, device troubleshooting, subscription issues, and warranty claims are handled directly by Fi.
